Last week, after I announced my Plugin Code Review service for premium members, I was asked to review the Cleverness To-Do List plugin by Elusive Light. I was so happy with the plugin that I’ve decided to do a video review and demonstration for everyone here.
Kind of curious about the overhead.
Very small. Since it use the built-in custom post types and taxonomies, there is very little added to the database, and all of the admin pages are quite well done, including making sure that assets are only loaded when needed.
It reminds me i used and translated this plugin, if someone is interested in getting it into French!
You should contact the author and send them the French language files 😉
Yes, I’d love to add any new translations.
Thanks for reviewing my plugin!
Nice! Is there a way to bulk add (via custom function) a default list of todos for a new site? Would be great give development team / clients tasks and show them progress.
Not that I am aware of.
Wow – I’m extremely pleased with this plugin and looks like there is a pro version on the way and many new customizations in the works – I’m also using post planner plugin with this ( same author )
Very easy to use and the cleaver to do list plugin works with it seamlessly – Author just updated post planner with a few requests I made just a few days ago! I recommend trying this plugin and thank you Pippin for the video and review – your approval/opinion says a lot!
Hey great review on this plugin. I have a quick question that you may or may not know the answer to but can you set it up in a way where members on the site can have their own personal to do list. for example a person can go to their own personal page on the site and create a daily or monthly to do list for themselves. if so how and if not is there a way I can do it personally for them and set it up for them so only they can see it.
Thanks in advance
I don’t believe there is a way to do that.
