I have mentioned him a few times in the past, both in plugin reviews and as the French translator for one or two of my plugins. As of Thursday of last week, Rémi Corson has become to first official member (other than myself) of the Pippin’s Plugins support team.

As my plugins portfolio has grown, so has the number of support requests I get per day. On average I spend 2-3 hours answering / dealing with support tickets and requests every day. This typically amounts to 10-15 hours per week, which, as I’m sure you can imagine, takes a pretty significant chunk out of my normal development time.

Rémi will be helping answer tickets on the support form and also in the support ticket center.

Next time you submit a ticket and get a response from Rémi, be sure you say hi!

You can find Rémi elsewhere on the web at these following places:

Welcome Rémi!

Yet another soul to be tortured. 🙂 J/K, welcome to pippin’s, and our, world Rémi.

Que vos efforts être aussi enrichissante que vous pouvez l’imaginer qu’ils soient.

    Cheers,

    Michael

LOL, four years of French in high school. Takeaway: decent grades, and a couple of awesome dates with a girl I carried a crush on throughout those four years, Marcel Garcia.

En outre, c’est seulement grâce aux talents de Google Translate que je peux être perçu comme multilingue. Insérez ici un visage souriant.
