Hi, I tried this plugin on two separate WP installations (on different servers, one a fresh install) and the dates for the year seem to be a day out on both installations… so Friday 17th May 2013 (which is correct) shows up as Friday 16th May (which is a day out)…. :(

Sorry! We just figured it out, you have to set the first day of the week as Sunday for the days to be correct. We have a school website where the first day of the week is a Monday…

There is a bug with setting the Start Day to Monday. I’m hoping to get it fixed soon.

It’s in the General settings section of the main WordPress Settings page.

Using your plugin, all I get on the “Events” page is blog roll view of events-no calendar.

    What can I do?

Change the slug of the page to “calendar” or “event-calendar”, then it will work.

      Hi Pippin

I changed the slug you suggested and now my calendar is visible.

I still am not able to advance to a future or past month using either of the two features you offer on the calendar.

When I select Next it takes me to a page with a zero ’0′ on it. When I select a month from the dropdown, there is no response.

      Any ideas would be helpful.

      Buying the full version now!

One more issue that just cane up:

When I click on the “Events Category” widget in the sidebar of the Calendar page, I get a 404 error…

This is usually caused by your theme. Can you switch to the default Twenty Twelve for a moment to test?

Sandra, can you please provide a live URL for me to look at?

      Pippin

I appreciate your time addressing this issue.

The calendar now appears since I changed the page name and the slug but I’m not able to advance through months using either of the two tools you have provided.

Go to Settings > General and change the Week Start Day to Sunday.

    Where do I find:
Settings >General and change the Week Start Day to Sunday.
I do not see this option on the plugin anywhere or else I would have tried that many months ago.

    Thanks,
    Sandy

It’s the standard WordPress settings page, not one added by the plugin.

So I did change this setting to Week Start Day to Sunday.

There has been no change in using the two tools on the calendar. I am unable to advance a month using either tools now. It’s been like this for many months and the website administrator thinks I should try another calendar as it would take many hours to sort out the issue under the Theme “Suffusion”.

      What do you think Pippin?

    Very nice plugin!

    Question:
On the month ajax view – when you have 2 or more events on the same day it looks like only one event with lot of text. Only when you put the mouse over the area it changes color on the single event. Is there any way to add a small line or add a line space between the events to see that there is more than one?

    Thank you!!

Are you comfortable with a little CSS?

Not totally but I can manage that :-) I’ve changed CSS before so let’s try.
      TNX!!

Nice plugin, I am wondering though, could I somehow use this with RCP and restrict events? Meanning some events are public that everyone can see and others are only for members to view. Could I use this, or any ideas of what might work? Thanks for any ideas, I hope I make sense. :)

Yes you can! It should work perfectly out of the box.

I’m using the temporary solution (start weed with sunday). I’m wondering when will you update the plugin so that the date are correct, and so that weeks shoulden’t have to start with a sunday!
    THANKS!
